Personal Location Appointment

1. Obtain a Doctor’s Order: 

Ensure you have a written order from your physician before scheduling your appointment.

2. Schedule Your Appointment: 

Go to the scheduling section on our website to select a time that works for you. You must be present at the agreed location at the scheduled time.

3. Complete Registration: 

Finish all registration steps and attach a copy of your doctor’s order, a valid photo ID, and any other necessary documents to confirm your appointment.

4. In-Home X-Ray Setup: 

One of our technicians will arrive at your location to prepare a suitable space for the X-ray procedure.

5. X-Ray Procedure: 

Once the X-rays are performed, your images will be sent to our radiologist for review.

6. Receive Your Report: 

After the report is generated, you will receive it via email.

Once the report is ready, it will be emailed to you.
